スタッフさんの対応はとても気持ちよく、丁寧に説明してくれました。
ユニットバスなので仕方ないのですが、シャワーを浴びていると、カーテンが身体に張り付いてくるのが嫌でした。

宿泊したのが別館だったせいか、居室のキーは昔ながらの鍵式でオートロックでもなかった。油圧式エレベーターが怖かったが、チェックイン時間前でしたが案内してくださいましたので助かりました。寝るだけなので広さも拘りは無かったのですが、十分でした。朝食はプチビュッフェ形式で小腹満たすには満足でした。費用も抑えられたので私たちには満足な旅ができました。

スタッフの皆様の対応は特に問題はありませでした。
しかし、客室は経験したことにない酷さです。カーペットはシミだらけ、ゴキブリがウロウロ、前に宿泊した方のメモ書きが机の引き出しに放置、バスタブにはゴミが浮き、クロークの扉はシミだらけ、洗面台にコンセントが無い。
ベッドのスプリングは伸び切っていて体が落ち着かず眠れませんでした。紹介しているサイトを疑います。

ツインルームで喫煙部屋を借りました。部屋と、ユニットバスは狭かったです。近くにコインランドリー、ドラッグストア、しまむら、ジョーシンなど便利に使えるお店があり良かったです。

旅の初日宿泊でした。ロビー・受け付けはとても清潔感もありコロナ対策も安心できる感じです。しかし部屋に入ると1ランク下がった様なら印象でした。全体に少し古びた感があり特に部屋備え付けの使い古したスリッパが残念です。その他は特に問題ありませんでした。
一人旅の素泊まりです。

何から何まで最悪なホテルでした。
チェックインが遅くなると受付に誰も居なくなります。呼び出すのに相当な時間がかかりました。
部屋も汚いし、設備もダメです。部屋以外でも共同トイレが公園のトイレ⁉︎と思うくらい汚いトイレでびっくりしました。
今まで色んなところに泊まってきましたが、他と同じくらいの料金をとるのに狭い汚いと、本当に最低最悪なホテルでした。近くに行くことがあってももう2度と利用することはないです。
滞在時の現状写真を残しておけばよかったですが、何かが写っても怖いので撮れなかったです。

ビジネスでの利用でした。新館が満席のため、旧館の部屋でした。建物が古く、浴室も狭かったです。浴槽も古い汚れが付着していたり、埃っぽく、清潔感が無かったです。
経年劣化は百歩譲っても、掛け布団のシーツの破れや、部屋の電球が切れたままになっていて薄暗かったり、最低限のお手入れはしておいて欲しかったです。
仕事の関係で選択肢が無い中での宿泊でしたが、次回は利用したいとは思えなかったです。仕事で疲れた気持ちが安らげる部屋が良いですね。また、朝食付きの連泊でしたが、チェック時に朝食チケットを1枚しか渡されず、朝食会場で回収となっていたので、混乱しました。結局、2泊目の朝に鍵を預けた際に渡されました。あらかじめシステムを教えておいて欲しかったです。

ホテルの内装、外観は整っていて大変綺麗でした。
フロントの対応も丁寧で温かい物でした。
しかし、1番安い部屋に泊まったこともあり部屋自体はそんなにきれいではありませんでした。
特にペンキが剥げたままで、シミが残っていたユニットバス周りはあまり気にならない自分でも流石に気になりました。
一人旅で泊まるお金をギリギリまで切り詰めるために泊まったので、安くて良かったです。
「安けりゃいい」と言う人には良い。
ちょっとお金に余裕がある方はもう¥1000円出して一つ上のグレードの部屋に泊まった方が快適に過ごせるなと思います。
