Our stay was amazing! My friends and I were worried about public bathing but after one of us went the rest followed and it was surreal. The facilities were vast and the people were kind. Next time I'm in Japan I'm definitely going to be coming back.

My big problem was the check out at 11, because someone called my room at 10:30 and was really annoying like I was staying passed the checkout time. If 11 am is too late, juste make it 10 oficially! Charming view and location

東京23区在住、所沢駅近辺では週3日程度仕事をしています。仕事が遅くなる時、又は翌朝早くから仕事がある際に利用しています。所沢駅近辺にはホテルが1つしかないため、空室がないことが多々あることに対し、ここはいつでも利用できるため重宝しています。カプセル内はテレビもなくマットも薄いため、寝心地は最高とはいませんが、清潔感もあり利用客のマナーも良く、不満はありませんでした。サウナについては、クールダウン出来る施設が多数あり、チェックイン後、就寝前、早朝と3回も利用させていただきました。もちろん最高です。カプセルホテルであることを考えると、1泊6000円は高いと感じますが、駅前であること、サウナが充実していること、他の選択肢がほほないことを勘案すると妥当な金額ではないかと思います。来年近くに東横INNができるまでは、ここを利用しようと思います。

スパなのにタオルは手拭いサイズとバスタオルを1枚ずつを使い続けなければならない。食事の選択も少ない。カプセルにはテレビは無いのでスマホか本を読むか寝るしかない。朝食はカレーライスのみ。勿論有料であるが、なかなか美味しく、おかわりは自由である。
