Very classy, excellent service. Rooms facing south are too sunny so we were moved to a better room facing north. Onsen was awesome.

This is my favorite hotel of all time! Rooms are large and comfortable. The icing is the incredible Onsen in the room. Wonderfully relaxing while looking out at the forest. The staff was helpful and friendly. Food was exceptional, a fresh array of island seafood and the meals were included! I hope to stay here again one day.

The room was amazing! Super spacious, everything in the fridge was complimentary (4 beers, 4 waters, & 2 bottled green tea), plus self grind coffee, tea, & 2 snacks. The dinner was amazing, lots of seafood, so if you're allergic be sure to let them know before you get there/book. I believe it was a 10 course meal so we were ridiculously full before dessert came. Breakfast was equally tasty, we had the Japanese style, but you can choose western if you prefer. There are many hotel amenities including free juice, coffee, & tea in the lounge. You also get 1 free drink (draft beer & I can't remember the other choice) at the bar between 3:30-5pm. If your private onsen doesn't suffice, there's also the public one which has a beautiful garden view. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the main town area, maybe 10min., but worth it. If you come in the winter, they light up Jikokudani valley so try to go in the evening too.

Everything about Noguchi is amazing. The hotel is well located near to the Jigokudani park. The entrance to the hotel driveway is unassuming though and can be difficult to spot after the sun goes down, especially if driving into the area for the first time. Staff is friendly and helpful - they really pamper you there. And the suites are huge! Pictures on the website are 100% accurate. We felt relaxed and at home already the moment we stepped in. A very welcome change from the tight spaces we get in a typical hotel room on the road. Half the battle won right there to drive stress levels down indeed. Reservation comes with dinner and breakfast in a dining room. A butler serves and explains every dish of the kaiseki course. A true feast for the eyes as it is delicious. There is a strict restriction on the number and minimum age of guests coming to the hotel. Notwithstanding, it is the way an exclusive onsen establishment that aims to deliver a unique experience, serenity and 100% relaxation, ought to be. We are so glad we picked Noguchi!

The is the best hotel in Noboribets, and even though it is pricey. The hotel is for adult only and guarantee you have a quite environment for you and your love one. The breakfast and dinner in your own dinning room. You can have all the drinks free of charge from your fridge while doing your private onsen in your suite. The hotel staffs are friendly and extremely helpful. If I go back to Noboribets, this hotel is still my first choice.

Staff is very polite, providing superb service. Great amenities. In-room onsen is a must-have. Free beer in the fridge, refilled every day with afternoon snack. Room is very spacious for Asian room. Dinner was spectacular - the best Japanese meal we’ve had by far. Breakfast is very filling. Very close to natural foot bath and Hell valley tourist attraction with short hiking trails.

We were having an argument over a smoking room, with a lot of effort talking to the staff finally we got our desire smoking room, I believe the staff should be more sincere and provide sufficient care handling our case. This hotel simply discriminate foreigner especially people from other Asian countries. The staff is unprofessional and rude and I didn't feel stay in a transitional Japanese Ryoken which should be well look after. Furthermore the food in there are not fresh at all and seems they have been laying around a few hours ago! Being spend a large sum of money, I wouldn't want to stay there again.

オープン当初から行ってみたい宿でしたが中々都合がつかず、今回やっと宿泊する事ができました
お部屋も落ち着いた雰囲気でしたし、部屋の温泉もゆっくり浸かる事ができて何度も入りました
お食事が和洋折衷の懐石料理で大満足でした
夕食後、朝食後、ラウンジ、部屋に用意されているコーヒーは全て違う豆を使用しているとの事で、流石だなと思いました
また泊まりに来たいです

초호화 럭셔리를 즐기고 싶다면 이곳을 추천합니다. 조용하고 프라이빗한 곳에 위치하며 방별 개인 욕조가 있어 프라이빗한 온천이 가능합니다. 거의 모든 시간 호텔밖으로 나오지 않으니 호캉스를 즐기시는분께 추천드립니다. 라운지바에서 이용하는 드링크도 공짜이고 무엇보다 음식이 기가막힙니다! 저녁 아침 나오는거 생각하면 크게 비싼 금액도 아닌것 같아요!

お部屋も食事もスタッフもよかったです。チェックアウトが12時なので朝食後は部屋でゆっくりしようと思いましたが、別室の清掃が始まりうるさかったのだけが残念でした。それでも満足の滞在です。ありがとうございました。
