Bathroom was twice as large as normal which was good but room had view of the back of other buildings. Disappointing as I had just stayed at the JR Clement almost next door and the room was large, had chairs to sit in and admire the fantastic view. Almost the same price.

The hotel is just next to JR station. Check-in and check-out are processed at kiosk. I booked a moderate double bed room, yet it is spacious for two luggage.

Front desk service very good. Staff very helpful. We stayed in a corner room which was spacious, good size bathroom and seperate toilet. Location was great, very close to train station and bus terminal. Great restaurants around. Hotel offers parking next door at 1,000 Yen per night, drop off and pick up car handled with high efficiency. Great breakfast, too.

It was my first time staying at Daiwa Royden Hotel in Japan. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious with two beds. The bathroom was also big with a separate shower and bathtub. It takes only a 1-minute walk from Tokushima station. Express and JR Bus stops in front of the hotel and local bus stops nearby. Easy to find restaurants for dining. We enjoyed staying there.
