I had a business class cabin. Overall, my stay was exceptional. I was there for 4 nights. Friendly staff and ultra clean facilities. I am a loud and clumsy person, so keeping quiet was a bit difficult. That is a personal problem though. Definitely recommend for any solo traveler. Cheers!

This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel. I have to say that it was a very pleasant experience. I did stay in the first class cabin, so there was even some space to walk, sit, and store my luggage. The only inconvenience would be that there are so locks for the blinds or doors. Also, there was a guest who was speaking on the phone very loudly at night, so it was difficult to fall asleep on that particular night. They didn't reinforce the "no talking" rule. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay very much. There were lots of amenities available at the property. They also changed my towels daily and gave me new amenities.

Perfectly located as Ichigaya station can lead you anywhere (JR and subway), for the price it was fantastic, felt like a luxurious cabin, all amenities you need. Only point I didn't like was that it was hard to regulate the temperature, the fan inside the cabin wasn't strong enough even at high and the overall temperature inside the buildigng was too hot for my taste, making it hard to sleep, but it's winter so that's probably only me!

Stayed in an executive cabin and very impressed by the cleanliness and amenities. Clean towels, slippers, toothbrush and cabin clothing provided daily! Excellent location and easy to access to rail for Shinjuku, Shibuya, Achihabara and Tokyo city.

Extreme value for money! This property is great for a short stopover for the solo traveler, especially if you’re just passing through the city. Clean and cosy, this property also offered an onsen (at this price point!). No talking and tele-conversations allowed in the Cabin area, so it was like a silent retreat. It’s located really close to the JR station (2 minute walk if you stroll), but Iidabashi might not be the best station for access to most parts of the city.

Greaat location right across the road from the station. Much quieter than other capsule hotels ive stayed in. Clean with helpful staff. Only negativr was occasionally got a bit warm in the capsule room.

I think the property itself is excellent and the facilities really have nothing to complain about except - the room is too warm, the air conditioning doesn't seem to run when I switched off the lights.

I liked the economy of this property-- the economy of space as well as the economy I saved by staying here! For its cost and location to Ichigaya train station, it was a fantastic deal. Breakfast was really nice too!

Staff tried their hardest to help and speak in English even though it was their second language and at times they had no idea what I was saying. The location was also very close to the station for both JR and Metro lines and there are plenty of good stores nearby such as Family Mart and Starbucks (Free Wifi). I have been to three of the First Cabin hotels, this is the best by far.
