お部屋はキレイで快適に過ごせたました。予約時に喫煙ルームになっていたのを、すぐ禁煙ルームに変更の対応をとっていただいて、とても助かりました。大浴場は浴槽が深くてよかったです。朝ごはんは9階ラウンジ、北側窓に北陸新幹線と日本海、南側窓に白山が見えました。

子供と2人で宿泊しました。大浴場があったので、かなりゆったり出来ました！朝食時、かなりギリギリに行ってしまった為closeになっていたのですが、女性スタッフの方にギリ大丈夫です！と言って頂き、食事を摂る事が出来ました！子供が居たので、かなり助かりました！感謝です、有難う御座いました！

Clean room, the bed was nice albeit a little hard. Close and easy access from the train station, but the area is very boring. Restaurants close really early. Can recommend if the purpose of your trip is around Matto station, or if the hotels in Kanazawa are fully booked.
