The staff here was incredible and the amenities were the same. My husband and I wished we were staying longer! This hotel was luxurious and in a perfect location close to American Village. We could not have chosen anything better.

Very nice hotel with excellent service. In the center of everything in American village including walking trails to the Chatan park and two small beaches. Great variety of food at breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My only suggestions are for stroller covers since it rains so much during the rainy season and to have the small 'diaper genie' for rooms with babies. The little diaper bucket does not contain the smell very well.

A good place to people watch and hang poolside. Convenient to get to American village. I don’t know if a pipe burst or there is construction going on currently, but one side of the resort smelled pretty bad- it was good overall.
