Check in was quick. Family room was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. Big and spacious for price. Front desk was nice and and helpful. Great hotel and even better price. I’ll definitely stay here again, in the future.

Hotel itself was pretty new and though the building and lobby appeared tiny the room was spacious (keeping in mind the standards for Japan are different to elsewhere). An in-room kitchenette (microwave, sink, stove) could also be helpful for guests. Location is superb as it's walkable to Namba and Tsutenkaku.

Just an apartment. Not cleaned or serviced daily. Very small. Desk is manned for a few hours only each night. The only good thing about it, is the location.

No cleaning everyday is fine but i stayed 4 night, i request just clean floor & change bathroom floor mat on 3rd day but they did't coming provide service so disappoited on they cleaning

Excellent and helpful staff. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. We had a late arrival and the hotel made sure to stay around to wait for us to check in. I was worried that the room would be too small for us but it turned out to be very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel.

從地鐵站出來，很快速到達，路上有藥妝店便利商店和餐食店，通天閣步行2_3分鐘到。交通和生活吃喝很便利。路上還有排隊餐廳，可以試試網紅餐廳的口味。

저렴하게 잘 이용했고 깨끗합니다. 입구 자동문 들어가고 왼쪽에 검정색 키박스가 있어요. 참고해주세요. 주변이 조용하긴한데 시내 특성 상 119구급차, 사이렌 소리가 가끔씩 나는건 어쩔 수 없나봐요. 다음에 또 이용할 의향이 있습니다.

コスパがいいので、ここに決めました。悪い点・布団が少し薄くて痛かった・トイレットペーパーの場所が変な所で使いにくかった良い点・通天閣に歩いて行けて近くだったので便利だった・コンビニも歩いて行けて近くで便利だった・宿泊費が安くおさえられた・誰とも接触(受付ロビーなし)なので気を使わない・意外とキレイだった
