Close to Wakayama Castle which is worth visiting. Stayed in Japanese style room which was beautifully maintained, large and extremely comfortable (at least for me). Hotel procedure a little old-style but in a good way (eg. you get a physical key instead of an access card) but this is a little more common in areas away from big urban centers such as Osaka or Tokyo

雖然房價不高，但酒店房間不俗，除了最基本的整潔、光猛之外，即使我住最便宜的房間，竟然也可以目睹日落，更看到海港一帶的海景。不過，酒店位置較為偏遠，最近的JR站和歌山城站，也要步行逾20分鐘，若手持行李要更多時間，而且JR和歌山城站本身不算方便，雖然來往JR和歌山站的車程短，但班次較疏，隨時30分鐘一班。酒店網站則教導可從JR和歌山站乘巴士，車程約15分鐘，但我未有嘗試，或許會是更方便吧。事實上，酒店有停車場，不少住客都自行駕車，若非自駕旅遊，地理位置除了靠近主要景點之一和歌山城，其餘未見任何優勢。事實上，酒店本身亦有宴會廳之類的場地，感覺上其主要的服務對象都是日本人，職員大概不太懂英語。酒店附近亦甚少店舖，幸好5分鐘內步程有一間便利店。食肆選擇亦不太多，幸而酒店本身有餐廳，其中「割烹六つ葵」亦有晚餐提供，雖然不算便宜，但味道頗為不錯，而且相當豐盛。總括而言，酒店地理是其最大缺點，亦非自駕旅遊，或許接近JR和歌山站的酒店會更為方便。不過撇除位置，房間是相當不俗的，此價錢的酒店本身都奢望有好景觀，但這裡除了景觀開揚，更可目睹日落，遠眺海景，這點相信其他同價酒店都難以匹敵了。

ゴールデンウィークに家族旅行で一泊しました。部屋、朝食バイキング、申し分なく過ごせとても良かったですよ。他の方が書いておられましたが洗面が小さめで顔は洗いにくかったです。後、1キロ圏内に銭湯ありなので、お風呂はそちらでゆっくりはいりました。

ホテル内、就寝時は静かだったのですが、冷蔵庫と暖房の音が気になって寝られず、切って落ち着いて眠る事が出来ました。和歌山城のすぐ近くでロケーションは良かったです。駐車場は有料ですが割引で1泊500円で駐車出来ました。
