The hotel was clean and quite nice. Staff were very friendly and the bed was comfy. Very close to the train station as well as Makuhari Hall. The room was quite big for a Japanese hotel, and at a great price.

I give a full 5 stars due to various remarks as follow. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The location is superb for shopping patrons, just few hundred meters away from main lobby. Varieties of Eatery places and restaurants available from Tullys cafe to ramen, beef steak, and fast food. Lots of drinking olaces too if you like to have a few pints of beer, liquors and snqcks after a busy day. Traveling by train is super convenient from Kaihim Makuhari stations and direct shittle bus to Narita and Haneda just in front of the train station.

The hotel is very well maintained and cleaned. The room is nice and clean too. Housekeeping is excellent. Convenient location Makuhari Mitsui Outlet Mall is across the street and 5 min walk to Kaihin Makuhari (Keiyo Line) station. The highway bus to Narita and Haneda airports stop inside the hotel in front of the hotel lobby. Very good value for money.

I don’t understand why they scanned my passport when I checked in. It an unusual practice for a hotel to keep copies of guests passports. It didn’t make me feel safe.

Good price for a good hotel. Was pretty clean and neat. Much better than the previous hotel I stayed at. I would come here again if I was in the area and needed an affordable place to stay. But there were small red bugs in the bathroom, so be mindful of that.

The hotel is conveniently located near JR station The limousine bus service to/from Haneda/Narita also gives easy access. We had a family reunion and stayed there for a week with great satisfaction. All staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of food choices in and around the hotel. There is a beautiful Japanese garden within a walking distance.

Great location for Tokyo Comic Con or Chiba Lotte Marines stadium. Very helpful staff. Room was a bit small, bed & pillow were hard (beds were very low which may or may not be an issue depending on your height).

The hotel is close to the train station and to Makuhari Messe, so location is convenient.. However it is an old, run-down building that has not been updated in years. No AC outlet or USB near the very low and hard beds. Large step up to the toilet. No coffee or snack service anywhere. No adjustment of room temperature or control over AC vs heater. The door completely lets sound in/out. Major renovations are badly needed.
