Clean, quiet and cosy hotel in an excellent location close to train station. Staff are very professional and attentive. Appreciated the extra amenities such as face wash and hair clips in the lobby. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself is fine. It is a room in one of the best locations in the city, but it is a bed, a toilet, and that is about it. I am not knocking it, but if you are looking to come to Tokyo on a budget, this is certainly a good option. It is super close to the train station which is great, and right next door to a Blue Bottle which is nice. Again, this is a great place for a solo traveler, but I wouldn't recommend this for a couple or family.

A basic hotel and nothing fanciful. Comfortable enough. Aircon a little bit old - I changed rooms once because of the aircon non-functioning. Even when I changed to another room, the aircon took a little while to cool and it has an automatic function that stops periodically. I am not used to having aircon stopping halfway but this cannot be controlled. One not-so-good note is about the very early check out timing. It is at 10.00am. I have never been to a hotel that has such early check out. My business partner forgot it was 10.00am (*most hotels are 12.00pm standard check out) and so he checked out around 12.00pm. He was fined and paid extra. By the way, the check in time is 3.00pm. So I have no idea why they got an early check out time and a late check in. Not good in my opinion for that. Otherwise, everything else is just basic simple.
