Amazing beautiful place to stay. Close to all major attractions but still far away enough to enjoy the quietness. The staff was very accommodating & efficient. Will stay here again on my next trip.

Beautiful, reasonably priced, great breakfast, lovely garden/ view, clean, I loved the bath salts and tea, the street was quiet but near a cool neighborhood, I loved Jimbocho, and Suidobashi station was super-convenient and close.

Lovely quiet hotel with friendly staff. Walking distance to a number of train lines and also the Tokyo Dome City. Many restaurants nearby in addition to the two that are in the hotel. We ate at both and they were very good.

Reception doesn't understand English and no idea what she is doing. I am frustrating after long flight journey and still have to repeat and explain to her mistakes.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Niwa Tokyo! The hospitality was amazing! It's clean and beautiful. The neighbourhood is also good, there are some restaurants nearby. I will definitely come back here and recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Thank you!

The hotel was very clean, they clean our room everyday, they have a great facilities where you can relax after a long day, the room for 3 people is spacious and great but the room for 2 people is pretty small. This hotel is in the quiet area, you can walk around 10mins to reach the station. I stayed for 5nights and it was a good experienced.

Great amenities, comfortable room with japanese decoration, entertainment systems with pre-installed streaming apps, fast internet connection, really helpful staffs make Hotel Niwa one of our most comfortable stay in Tokyo.

Near the JR Pass station, the place is really comfortable, there are still classic atmosphere combined with such a modern atmosphere, calm too, the staff are friendly, Harajuku is only 10 minutes by train. Satisfied.

It is a great place to stay in Tokyo, and close to Tokyo Dome. Just need some improvement for the food variety for the breakfast, even though the food taste is good as well.
