Great staff. Relaxing. Comfortable. Beautifully Japanese inspired. Great having the onsen in property. Bit of a walk from the main streets which made the walk home a nice wind down.

We loved our stay. The rooms were very spacious and the location was excellent. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and overall very cool and modern. Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located within walking distance to Nishiki market, Gion and major shopping areas. Great breakfast. Rooms,especially the bathroom was small. Rooms are only serviced once every 3 days, but clean towels and bottled water are provided daily via a tote bag left hanging on your door. It wasn’t a problem for us, but I thought it was worth a mention.

Everything was lovely—room with table so ate breakfast there, public bath daily, helpful front desk (some English speaking). Well designed. Cafe. Central Tokyo. Does require taxi to train station (about 2200 yen) that hotel arranged. Shops and subway near.
