東京に本社のある製造業の工場が多く立地していることもあり、また駅から徒歩５分ほどの便利な立地も手伝って、お客さんは若い男性サラリーマンが大半。施設はかなり新しく綺麗で中規模の浴場あり。ほぼ満室の盛況です。そのためでしょうか、客室でのWi-Fiが不安定というかほとんど繋がらず、結局早々に利用を断念。これだけ繁盛しているのだから、受信状況を早々に改善してほしいです。北上市での宿泊は5年ぶり2回目で、前回は東口側にある別のホテルを利用しましたが、設備は古かったものの快適に接続できていました。

携帯電話の充電コンセントが室内で探したが見当たらなかった。さらに100Vコンセント1回所まとまって2個有りましたがベット付近にありませんでした。少し不便でした。

小さい子も一緒に宿泊。小さな緑の巾着が部屋にあり、開けてみると小さい子供用の歯ブラシや、スリッパ、ハンカチが入っていました！嬉しかったです。他のルートインも利用していますが、初めてでした。朝食バイキングは、忙しい時間帯でも、スタッフさんの挨拶が元気で、気持ちよかったです。

温泉も完備されていた事と、部屋の大きさが適度であり快適に過ごす事が出来ました。朝食の時間が9:00までという事で、温泉に入るか朝食を取るかで悩みました。出来れば9:30まで朝食が対応できればと思いました。
