This is a great hotel, but be forewarned the surrounding area is not especially walkable during the heat of summer, unfavorable weather, or if you are carrying luggage. The nearest subway station is Kashiwanoha Campus, and that is quite a walk. I had to take numerous taxis during my stay when I did not have time for the walk to the station. As for the hotel, it is genuinely great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable.

Over all,clean,good service,poor media in English comparing with others as Mitsui,distance to train station is not 300 feet or meters,use the way Parallel to the train lines shorter,also if raining far from the station,they should have a shuttle for better customer service
Rooms with good size,no closets nor drawers,bathroom and bathtub very good,all the electronics expected in Japan.

Hotel staff were friendly, although some spoke little English, and the hotel room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was good, and there was a nice library to relax in. The only slight downside is its location in a largely residential area a good ten minutes' walk to Kashiwanoha Campus town centre and train station. Would stay again if I visit Kashiwanoha in the future.

I stayed 6 nights at this hotel. Most of the services were good. The room was clean, staffs were kind.
One thing I think to be improved was the breakfast. It did not give enough choices. The breakfast was not enough good both as a Japanese style and as an western style.

Budget hotel - acceptable for the (low reasonable) price. The location is nothing to write home about. Reached the hotel by walking from Kashiwanoha station. Then wslked to the University campus - both walks are not scenic, by busy roads.

Friendly staff, with good English. My only complaint was that I was given a smoking room -- it's possible that I wasn't careful to specify non-smoking when I booked (I should have known better in Japan!).

Nice clean rooms in a quiet residential area away from Kashiwanoha station. Not much in the immediate area other than a family restaurant and 7-11, but a 10-15 min walk will get you to the shopping center near the station. Good for someone looking for a peaceful stay and doesn't mind waking a bit. If you jave bags, you can also use the complimebtary tuk tuk shuttle service to or from the staton.
