Nice room and services. Free tea and coffee drip to take to your room. There 's coin laundry and dryer. 3 mins from 7-eleven. Keep in mind it is 10 mins walk from Chitose Station, It was winter and I had to drag my luggage in the snow, but actually they offer free taxi ride from Chitose Station on the day of your check-in if I'm not mistaken (I didn't know sadly). Also they offer free transfer to the airport (the schedules was 6-10am, 5 trips a day. Please confirm the latest schedule to them).

I had a wonderful stay here. Friendly and helpful staff, great location (about 10 mins walk to Chitose station), room is very clean with affordable price. I'll definitely come here again

hotel is new and sparkly clean. Staffs are nice and helpful. Location a bit far from chitose station with luggages (walk about 10mins) without luggage is fine. taxi from station is only 560 yen! take taxi if you have luggages. airport transfer is free (book in advance when you check in) I fly with airasia at 9.55 a.m. Airport transfer at 7.10 a.m. plenty of time left at airport -:) really recommend if you have early flight.
