I like everything! The staff members are very kind, so professional and super polite! They waited for my arrival at late night! I got every information what I asked for.
The room was perfect, very clean, convenient! I had a nice staying at Isahaya Terminal hotel!

部屋のカーテンを開けたら諫早駅が目の前に！夜は駅がライトアップされていることもあってロケーションは最高でした。1日を通してうるさい音は聞こえてこない。トータルで良いホテルです！また利用したい。

自室のエアコンは１時間で切れる設定になってて面倒くさい。
部屋のすぐ横にホテル全体のエアコン室外機があり、うるさくて目が覚める。
トイレのウォシュレットの水圧が弱い、ビデは届かない。
壁紙の境がめくれている、そして汚い。
