全体的には清潔感もあり満足。残念なのがバスルームの匂いと寒さ。匂いは一度湯をはって流してみたが改善されず。エアコンはリビングについていたが、ベッドルームまで暖かくならず寒かった。家族の意見としてはベッドルームに窓が無いのが残念だった様子。

5人で予約したのに、パジャマとスリッパと座布団が4人分しかなかった。大浴場の露天風呂の湯はぬるすぎる。移動する階段も寒すぎる。湯は良かった！

ある程度の景色を期待したが、泊まった部屋、大浴場を含めて景色はゼロ。部屋によっては安曇野田畑、遠くの山並が見渡せるのだろうが・・・館内全体の匂いも気になる。エアコン以外の空調？が煩くて、部屋は静かではない。窓を開けても、木々のざわめきはその音にかき消されて聞こえない。部屋にはキッチンや電子レンジ、湯沸かしポットまであるが、ペンやメモ用紙、ファブリーズなど、ビジホでは当たり前の設備が無い。氷も売店での販売のみ。東館のほぼ端だったので、EVからかなり歩く。風呂は更に遠く、２回目は行く気が失せる。温泉なのだが、加温循環なので雰囲気は無い。朝食はテラスで気持ちが良いが、アルプスが見える訳ではない。スタッフは良くやっているが、料理は特に美味しい訳でもない。バイクは地下駐車場に停められるので、夜露が凌げて大変良いが、フロントまでは階段をえっちら昇る。まぁ、色々な意味でよく歩くホテルなので、足の悪い方には不向きである。

山の上のリゾートホテルです。第２駐車場はすれ違いが困難です。とは言え、夜はそこしか空いていません。夜に外出しようとする時は、入ってくる車がないように祈るしかないです。朝、パンを焼こうとオーブンレンジを開けたら、前の方が残されたお弁当がそのまま入っていて、酸っぱい匂いがしていました。チェックインしたら、確認した方が良いかもしれません。

部屋は、とても広く眺めも素晴らしかった。冷蔵庫の中に、前の宿泊客の忘れ物があり、全て点検しているのか不信に思った。朝食は、バイキングだった。会場は、2カ所あるのだが宿泊者の割に、狭くて混雑していた。会場の広さに限りがあるので、仕方がないが、もう少しゆとりが欲しい。
