貸切と聞いていましたが、本当に貸切でまるで自分達の別荘にきたみたいに全て自由に使わせていただきました。子供が多く、うるさくしても気を使うことなく大人はゆっくりと過ごせ、子供はおもちゃがあって飽きずに遊んでいました。近くにコンビニはありませんが、道の駅が近くにありお洒落なお店でお土産も買えました。また、足湯や池もあって子供達が遊ぶ事もでき満足です。

Our room was not prepared when we arrived- the beds were still left as is from the previous guests and we went down to notify the property staff- with which unfortunately, we could not communicate in neither Japanese nor English.

チェックインからチェックアウトまで神楽ハウスのスタッフと会う事は一切ありませんでした。（掃除の方が代わりに対応してくださりましたが・・・）あと、一緒に滞在していた中国人の方々があまりにもうるさい。子供は走り回るし、21時以降も騒がしいし、眠れませんでした。
