What a wonderful hotel! It's very stylish and calm, with very kind staff and a superb location. Absolutely ideal. Breakfast delicious and beautifully presented. Won't stay anywhere else in Kamakura! Thank you to the lovely staff.

Without a doubt one of the best hotels we stayed at on our trip: very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed, staff were super-friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic and close distance to Kamakura Station, the shopping district on Komachi-dori street and a 10 min walk from Tsurugaoka Hachimangu shrine. Will definitely stay again the next time we're in Kamakura and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and central place to stay.

The hotel grounds were lush and peaceful. I loved all of the flowers & trees! Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Great location as well. So many wonderful things to see in Kamakura. Staff was very pleasant and offered tips about getting around town. I thought I could survive one night without TV, but I was wrong. Modern, efficient bland room felt a bit small & a stark contrast from the outside. Odd set up where you have to step into the entry way to go to the toilet. Lovely window with privacy screen and wooden blackout options. If you watch everything on your phone -Kamakura Seizan could definitely work for you.

Expensive for not having little extras no chairs in room, no coffee in room breakfast only one serving of a drink and in a take out cup. Just felt for the price I expected more than they offered. Space in room was large, no light by bed and nothing to sit on. I would not recommend this hotel

Location is convenient. It is closed to train station and shopping area. Walkable to attractions. The design of the hotel makes good use of space, allowing ample light in the corridor. Bed are big and comfortable. The down side is not enough lighting in the room and the closet is really tiny.

Whenever we come to Kamakura, we always stay in Kamakura Seizan, this is a lovely hotel with friendly staffs. Ken is great and very helpful to assist client's needs. Highly recommend staying this hotel. One note, the room is designed for Japanese style of living, where you take shoes off at the entry way and there are a small step between entrance and bathroom, so if you are physically disable, it might not be suitable...

It was an absolute joy to stay at this property. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. My friend and I misunderstood the checkout time, and were met with help and understanding when we had made a mistake. Thank you for making our trip to Japan so lovely, we will be back when we visit Kamakura again!

静かで綺麗なホテルでした。鎌倉駅やコンビニからも近かったです。朝食や夜ご飯もとても美味しくよかったです。また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

Very close to the Kamakura station, it was safe to walk around even in the middle of night. The facility was so clean, new, sophisticated and cozy. The front desk people were so kind and friendly. I would definitely come back some day!

The stay was good but didn't expect that there is no TV in the room. Hotel also don't have parking lot and we got pay for 2 overnight parkings.

The best location and value around Kamakura station. Rooms are a touch small - but thats Japan. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Amazing stay. This is a fabulous property. Comfortable and relaxing room. Love this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. Couldn’t be better. Staff is professional and mist helpful. -great beds for good sleep -very clean -best shower/tub ever!! -loved the space age toilet….would love to have one in my home! I just love Kamakura!!! It's a wonderful little property located close to some great shopping restaurants and fairly center for walking to all the shrines and temples.

冷蔵庫がかなりうるさい！ので眠りにくくコンセント抜きました テレビがないのはもう少し大きく記載しておいてほしかったです

玄関のようなスペースがあり、靴を脱いでスリッパに履き替えられるのでベットスペースはリラックス出来ます。テレビありませんがWi-Fiがあるので動画視聴など問題ありません。 スタッフも親切で心地よい時間を過ごせました。

高齢なので二日間の滞在でゆったり過ごすつもりでした。 周辺を散策しては部屋に戻り、体を休めてはまたお出かけのつもり｡ ところが部屋にはソファもテーブルもTVも無いため、ベットの上で過ごすしかなく残念でした。
