My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to several service issues during both check-in and check-out. At check-in, the self-check-in machine failed to read any of my three credit cards, all of which worked flawlessly throughout Tokyo. I asked the staff member nearby if I could pay directly with my card, but they condescendingly replied, “Don’t you have cash?” (exact phrasing in English) and offered no further assistance. Left with no choice, I had to insert ¥100,000—the only cash we had on hand at the time—to complete the process. This was both frustrating and entirely avoidable, as my cards were valid elsewhere. At check-out, I asked to store my luggage until 5 PM, as I had a late-night flight. The staff informed me that luggage storage was only available until noon, which felt unnecessarily restrictive. Adding to my frustration, I had noticed several bags stored in the lobby area the previous evening, and a guest checking in ahead of me was allowed to leave his luggage until his room was ready, likely in the late afternoon. When I inquired about these inconsistencies or alternative options, the staff repeatedly said “dame” and “wakaranai,” offering no explanation or assistance. While the hotel’s location and facilities were acceptable, the unhelpful attitude of the staff and rigid, inconsistent policies made the experience far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to travelers who value reliable service and flexibility.

The strict 4.00pm check in is a pain. The compact room is comfortable and works well. I had a single room that was very comfortable. The area is excellent. Good massage places to relive tired bodies, excellent wine shop close by, great food area. Happy traveller.

Nicely located about 3 minute walk from Kanda Station. Lots of food places and convenience stores nearby. Room is outdated and carpet old. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Like: location Don't like: Some staffs are not very friendly. When we first got there, we couldn't figure how to get inside and went around, hauling our suitcases around the building 2 times. The guy at the checking desk could see us through the glass but did not bother to step aside to show us how to get inside. I booked 2 rooms long ago yet we are put on different floors. Don't try the washer/dryer. Your clothes will not dry.

Easy to find near Kanda subway

Hotel charged not fair, as I confirmed with hotel.com. One night was charged 200.00 Cad dollars with no breakfast. Bathroom was so small and grout between the wall and vanity around was black fungus things, around faucet area as well.

Very close to the JR station and full of dinning options.

Aircon was not cold ebough. Told staff and fpr a while room cooled but became warm again

The hotel was nice, conveniently located near Kanda Station and a 10 minute walk to Tokyo Station. Although it was located right next to the rail line, we could not hear any noise from the trains passing. Convenient to many restaurants and bars. The double room we stayed in was on the smaller side of small rooms we've experienced in Tokyo.

ホテルの周りは飲食店が多く駅も近いので便利です

2回に分けて予約をしたため一旦チェックアウトして翌日またチェックインというややこしい事になってしまったがフロントの女性が臨機応変に対応してくださり大変助かりました。

朝食が無かったのが残念！

駅近で安くて快適に泊まるには最低限の清潔感と設備で最高でした。さすが日本！お湯がすぐ出る！カードキーをなくしてもめちゃくちゃ優しかった。感謝しかない。

Bom hotel próximo ao metrô de Kanda e com ótimos restaurantes perto. Hotel limpo, camas confortáveis e grandes, banheiro minúsculo, mas o tamanho do quarto compensa. Internet no quarto quase inexistente.

Hotel muito próximo da estação Kanda. Boas opções de restaurantes. Hotel com camas grandes e muito confortáveis, um espaço maior que os outros quartos de hotéis de Tóquio. Banheiro muito pequeno, porém limpo. Internet no quarto quase zero.
