〈朝食〉考え得る限りのコロナ対策がされていて、久しぶりにゆっくり快適に外食ができた。 •ビュッフェエリアではマスク着用 •スタッフの方が、ビュッフェを取り分けてくれるのでトングが清潔、食べ物と客の距離がある等〈温泉〉昨年出来た新しい温泉で、入り口は檜のいい香りがした。

Super nice view from my room , all green! Breakfast is good and reasonable price. Just 13 min drive to the Outlet. Lots of restaurants nearby. The best place for relax and short stay apart from Kawagoe.

The hotel is very clean with beautiful view of golf course and mountain, especially during the summer and autumn. Not convenient for tourist as it's quite far from the station with limited bus schedule and food options. The room decor is also outdated. Will recommend the hotel for golfers and not tourists.

先週末1泊2日で軽井沢に行きました。初日の午前にゴルフを楽しみ、そのままチェックイン。その際温泉の事を初めて聞いたので追加料金で申込みました。温泉に行く時だけ使用できる館内着を渡されましたが、（男女兼用ワンサイズ）ズボンがやや小さめだったので私服でお風呂に行き、帰りにフロントで「ワンサイズ大きな物があれば交換して欲しい」と依頼しました。自分で受け取って部屋に戻りたかったのですが、その場に無いとの事だったので部屋に届けて貰えることに。「この後すぐに出かけるので出かけた後に部屋の奥のベッドに置いておいてください」と依頼しました。それなのに、私がフロントで依頼して部屋に戻るよりも早く館内着が届けられていました。部屋には私より先にお風呂から戻った彼がいて、代わりに受け取ったのですが、何か頼んだのか？と聞かれ、本当に恥ずかしい思いをしました。一番避けたかった状況になり、その場でフロントにクレームをしたい位、怒りでいっぱいだったのですが彼もいる手前、我慢しました。フロントで受け取りたいと言ったし、外出した後に届けて欲しいとお願いしたのに、全く察することが出来ない無能なホテルマンたち。それなりの料金を払って、非日常の空間を楽しみたいのに、こんな不快な思いをさせられるなら東横インの方がよっぽどマシだと感じた。またフロントも朝食会場の男性スタッフも気取った話し方で滑舌が悪く、何を言っているのかみんな聞き取り難かった。マスクしてアクリル板もある事が理由ではない。もっとにこやかに感じよくハキハキと話すべき。相手に伝わらなければ意味がない。これでは近所のフリーターに雇用機会を与えただけ。もっと都会のホテルで一流のサービスを学ぶべき。今まで何度か利用してますが、こんなに不快な思いをしたのは初めて。旅自体は楽しかったのに、最低な思い出となりました。

建物は古いですが、館内は綺麗でした。鍵は施錠するタイプ。ホテルの方々には色々お心遣いして頂きました。オール浅間山ビューの客室で、部屋のテラスで朝食を頂きました。自然以外目に入らない景色を堪能出来ました。友達も大満足、リピートしたいと言ってます。電子レンジがないので、部屋呑みのおつまみを温められなくて残念でした。

カート乗り入れ可能な2サム専用18ホールのちょっとしたゴルフ場がくっついており、夫婦で泊まってゴルフして遊ぶのに最適でした。新しくはないけどゆったりした部屋で快適に過ごせました。最終日チェックアウト後のプレーの際はシャワールームを借りました。旧クラブハウス？まではセルフでカートでの移動でした。タオルやドライヤーやアメニティもあり不自由はなかったです。売店でミカドコーヒーも買えました。
