The price, staffs, localization and room are very good. The staffs are very kind and polite.

Near the train station. Not noisy. Staff helpful. Free coffee in dining area, also you can bring food there to heat and eat during the day/evening. Room inc. breakfast. Shutters on window a good feature, can leave window open at night and get some ventilation. Room was too hot but you could open the window. Room/bed was small. Breakfast was ok but could be improved.

Very convenient.

As a hotel in countryside, it was more than okay. But amenities were poor and staff was not effective so much. For business travelers who are used to stay at good hotels, this is a moderate and minimum acceptable hotel. Maybe we are spoiled.

My only issue is that the room was hot and I had to open the window.

Nice hotel. Good service. Close to train station. Free buffet breakfast is good. Free drink service. Hotel looks new. Location is a bit far (around 40mins by train) from Nagoya city center though.

The staffs are amazing.

Stayed here for 1 night between flights. It's about a 40 minute train ride away to and from the airport with a transfer. It is literally located right next to the train station so that makes it convenient, and considering its location, there wasn't much noise heard from the room. The room itself was small, but considering I was just there for 1 night, it wasn't a big deal. The sheets didn't look the cleanest and the pillow was uncomfortable. The air conditioner worked perfectly though, so I was grateful for that since it was so hot out! The bathroom was small but clean. Breakfast was pretty good for being included. Rice, eggs, sausage, curry sauce, soup. Many hotels in the U.S. that offer free breakfast don't have a breakfast like this so I was impressed!

Very nice.. Near station.

If you need a hotel near Chitahanda area, then this hotel is recommended primarily because of its nearness to the train station. However, if you want to explore Nagoya, this area is quite far and nothing to see at night. Overall, hotel stay was ok, nothing spectacular except that they offer welcome drinks.

Comfortable

Hotel staff could not give directions from the airport even in Japanese. Had to cancel but they charged me the full amount for no show even though they promised not to charge me for cancellation. Wasted 100 dollars for a very bad experience.

It was a good, clean hotel. Good mattresses. No frills. Very close to the train station. About a 7,000 yen taxi ride away from the airport.
