広めのワンルームマンション、外廊下から各部屋のドアがあり、分別ゴミ箱や洗濯機乾燥機（無料）は外廊下にある。トイレ、お風呂は同じドアだがユニットではない。そのドアの鍵が壊れていたのでトイレ中も落ち着かないから直して。レンジがあって便利だが皿や箸はない。駐車場一泊1000円は高い。連泊でも掃除は入らない（クイックルワイパーなとあるとありがたい）タオルや歯ブラシなどは一階エレベーター脇から取るシステム。一階のカフェは綺麗で落ち着く。

出入り自由で快適でした❗️ 部屋も綺麗でした❗️ 気になったのは、 20時過ぎにカップルが来てチェックイン出来ず呆然としていました。連絡していたかは分かりませんが事前に連絡していれば多少待っててもらえたのかなぁ❓️ 壁・床が少し薄いのか多少響きます。でも、立地条件や価格的にも最高でした。次回もお願いしたいです❗️❗️
