Minn Ueno Iriya

This is self check in hotel without front desk staff. Very confusing and time consuming. The room was clean and roomy. Our room was on the ground floor near the elevator and close to the front entrance. We Keep hearing stumping from up above us. The sensor light from our room keeps going on and off. The location is far from everything. The nice thing about this hotel is very quiet and nice neighborhood. It’s just too far from everything.

Reasonable space for a family of 4

Quite near to Iriya subway station. During winter, condensation on windows and door are extreme to the point that window curtains got wet as if rain leaked through.

Our stay was great. The room and linens were clean, with 2 double beds, they were firm, I believe most are in Japan. Pillows were good size, I have neck problems so I usually travel with my own. They were not to large, or heavy. In the states I think most are annoyingly large, definitely creating a kink in the neck. So I appreciated this maybe more than some would. Having the kitchen was convenient and I appreciated being able to heat something up when needed. The bathroom was good size, and I really enjoyed the shower with a built in place to sit and the door seals up so you can have a sauna like experience. Toiletries or pajamas were not provided, which I had read a lot of hotels sometimes provide these. Not a big deal at all. Just don't expect those items, bring your own. Washer/Dryer combo was convenient, it did take 4 hours to run a full cycle. I could not figure out a dry only cycle to refresh wrinkled clothing. Neighborhood was quiet, and safe, all of Japan is safe really, never felt as if I had to look over my shoulder (I am female traveling alone with my two kids.) Grocery store a short walk, pharmacy and 7-11 as well. I advise getting what you can at the pharmacy, it is the least expensive. The people working there are very kind as well. We checked in after 8pm I think, and there was not anyone there to check us in. It was self check in on an ipad. Do make sure you write down your code they email you before your trip incase you do not have access to your email.

Excellent apartment hotel with everything one needs

Safe neighborhood good for families

Room was very clean and complete with laundry and kitchenette. 7/11 and a tax free shop was nearby. Also a 5 minute walk to Iriya station. Would stay here again!

It was around popular restaurants, and sightly busy streets, but was mostly next to other apartment-like structures. Responses from staff for extra toilet paper/towels were met by email and was responded immediately in 20 minutes. Had a nice check-in area to drop off bags day of to be locked in, until the check in time of 3PM. Beds were comfortable and the shows were a plus. Hotels used a code instead of a key to log in, it was helpful with multiple people sharing the room. Balcony was spacious, looking down at the people below to the streets. 5 min away from 7/11. Alot of us didn't want to leave.

Clean apartment, large shower, very comfortable. We slept very well, beds with good mattresses. Kitchen accessories are enough for a short or medium stay. No key needed for the apartment access : no risk to lose it, and more independance to each of the residents.

Check in was very easy. Staff is also available on call which helps for later check ins. Deluxe room was very nice and clean. It was big enough for a group of 6 guys although there is only one bathroom in the room. There is another bathroom in the lobby. Shower is spacious and there is a washer/dryer combined unit. Very pleasant experience! Will definitely want to stay again in the future! Staff is also available for chatting and they even helped me do some research for nice places to visit!

Checking in was easy, slight issue with the key, but technology can fail sometimes, we were issued with a physical key very quickly. Room was good size for our family of 4, some of the extra bedding mats were stained and there was no linen for the extra bed, maybe it was at an extra cost, but it wasn’t clear even though we had booked for 4 people. Very close to Iriya station and short walk to Asakusa. The local supermarket Inageya is very nice, great for picking up meals and snacks. Overall great place to stay!

We just liked everything about the hotel, the staff, the room and the local area.

雖然隱身在安靜的住宅區裡，但真的就像家一樣，房間蠻大，很舒適，且附近有超市～離入谷站3號出口較近 他check in 用平板，要有reservation code才能，所有動作一切自助～ 下次去，還是會選擇住這兒～

Property was ok however i feel it was overpriced when compared with other hotel we stayed at which was same price but more luxurious and provided much more and breakfast. I was disappointed that we didnt even have a tea towel to dry dishes, broom no where to be seen and the sink and shower kept blocking and over flowing. I dont think i would return.
