The staff was kind and friendl. Many spoke enough English to help me out. The food was delicious. And the rooftop hot tub was a dream. The hallways and room are a little muggy at first, and the smell of wood is strong, but once I turned down the ac and spent enough time it was all fine.

The services were great, not too much either. The ocean view from the hotel was fantastic. The furniture at the lobby was comfortable and the view was nice too. Breakfast was delicious!

窓から見えるオーシャンビューがとても美しく、日の出がとても綺麗に見えます。露天風呂からは鳴門大橋と日の出どちらも見えて旅行の非日常感を存分に味わうことができました。また、ビュッフェに並んでいるもの全て美味しかったのですが、特に卓上コンロを使う小鍋が珍しく味も最高でした。交通の便は悪いですが、無料のシャトルバスで送迎していただけるので本当に助かりました。徳島に行く機会があればまた泊まりたいと思います。

部屋が広くて快適でした。大浴場もリラックスできて、食事もおいしく、よかったです。コンセントの差し込み口が少ないのと、冷蔵庫の設置場所が少し不便に感じました。スタッフの方々はフロントもバイキング会場も皆さん笑顔で親切で気持ち良く対応していただきました。

露天風呂は今までない最高の景色でした。ちょっと気になるのが周りの環境(設備)スーパーやコンビニ　ドラックストア　飲食店がかなり遠いのと電子レンジが無いのが痛かったです。
