名鉄岐阜駅に近く、道路が非常に混雑しているため、なかなかホテルにたどり着けなかった。更に駐車場が車高が155ｃｍ以上は停められず、警備員の片が何の説明も無くただ腕でバツのジェスチャーをするだけで、Uターンの誘導すらしてくれなかった。ホテルのフロントに電話をしたら従業員が出てきてくれて他の有料提携駐車場を教えてくれたが、そこも満車で停められず、とにかく駐車場探しに苦労した。ホームページに駐車場について詳しく記載しておいて欲しかった。もう二度とこのホテルは利用しない。

隣のビルに隣接しているため太陽光が入らない。そして室内灯も明るくないため、室内は常に暗い。設備は最低限の物しかない。その代わり宿泊費は安いので満足。

駐車場について提携の民間駐車場を案内され向かったが、その駐車場の係員から「ここが提携駐車場であるというのはホテル側の勘違いである。ホテルに確認してください。」と、入り口付近で止められた。指示された駐車場に間違いはなく、その連携については、ホテルと駐車場管理者の問題で、客には関係のない話。旅行の初っ端から、めちゃくちゃ気分が悪かった。ホテル自体は年季が入っているが、きれいに保たれている。浴槽の排水が悪く、使用中バスタブにどんどん水が溜まってきて不快だった。

ドア、ベット、椅子、テレビやコンセントなどホテル全体が古ぼけていていますが、特にエレベーターは清掃状態も悪く、受付の言葉遣いも悪いまではいかないですがおもてなし感は感じませんでした。

ホテルに隣接の駐車場に停める時、立体駐車場って入れる事がない為係の方が真っ直ぐ行けと指示してくれるも理由がわからない為ハンドル切ったら怒られました。後々見てみると床に回転する場所があるんですね！ここに止めるために真っ直ぐ進んでねと一言添えてもらえれば有難いと思いました！でもその後は普通でしたし、スタッフみなさん丁寧な対応でした。ホテル自体が古い感じではありますが、立地もサービスも良いのでリピできます

古い建物かつ最低限の設備ではありましたが、何よりも安価！イマドキ週末に6000円で泊まれるホテルの方が少ないかと思います。なので、そうゆう面ではとても満足です！ありがとうございました！ひとつだけ、洗面器にハンドソープは置いといて欲しかったです。
