スタッフの対応は非常に良く、特に食事のバイキングは種類豊富でオススメ！また部屋は海が目の前で非常に良い。ただ宿泊した部屋は和室のせいか古く、特にコンセントが少なすぎ。家族の携帯、カメラ等全て充電出来ない問題発生。布団の近くにコンセントがないので携帯をいじりながら寝ることも出来ない。折角良いホテルなのに部屋でガッカリなのは勿体ない。

花火大会の時期にあわせて予約しました。夕食の時刻がチェックインした順に優先となっているようで花火開始ギリギリになってしまったので、イベント時などは事前に予約できるシステムがあればいいなと思いました。

泉質の良い大浴場で温泉を満喫し、バイキングの食事も美味しく、部屋はオーシャンビューでした。スタッフの方にも丁寧な説明をして頂き、最高の時間を過ごす事ができてとても良かったです。

Wi-Fiが1階ロビーでしか使えなかったので、不便だと感じました。大浴場の脱衣場に置いてある化粧水等は種類も多くてよかったです。館内も部屋も清潔でしたし、スタッフの対応も悪くはなかったです。宿泊費も手軽なお値段だったので、損をしたなと感じることはありませんでしたが、Wi-Fiだけどうにかして欲しいです。

写真でも1番に掲載されてる露天風呂が壊れてて入れない。修繕予定も未定とのこと。それを当日のチェックインで知らされる。入湯税も取り全く値引きもない。受付してくれた人は中国人。中国人団体客がそこら中にいっぱい。
部屋は汚いと言うより雑。水もなかった。
布団は半分に畳んで人数分おかれてたから、部屋で寛ぐ所なし。テーブルと座布団は押し入れに入ってた。
卓球台は一台しかなく、若い方が使い続け全く空かないままでした。
レストランビュッフェは数あるホテルの中でも1番ひどかった。美味しいものあったかな。飲み物も種類が少なくて、、。
脱衣所のドライヤーは埃が溜まってて発火しないかドキドキする。安いものは使いたくないから、自宅からドライヤー持参したのにコンセントがなく部屋でしか使えなかった。
どこがいいんだろー。このホテル。小学生の娘から、このホテルは二度と来たくない、、と言われてしまう。まぁ二度と来ませんけど。
3月の頭に春休みの土日で空いてるとこがここしかなく予約しただけなので。
