The staff was friendly and helpful. The personalized breakfast choices were stellar as opposed to a buffet.

This is such a cute little Ryokan, perfect for our short stay in Tokyo. It is super close to Sensoji so we were able to walk there and nearby area. Ryokan in itself is traditional but with modern fittings. We had a wonderful vegetarian breakfast in the morning and staff was wonderful. Overall a great experience.

It’s a beautiful hotel with a cool vibe close to Sensoji temple and lots of great cafes and restaurants along the river. It was a cool Japanese style room with a great Japanese style bathroom. I wish I could have stayed longer.

A quaint, quiet experience with great breakfast and proximity to transit. My room was small but adequate. Facilities are functional but sparse. The hotel was well stocked with essentials and quality of life improvements, including complementary coffee, water and tea. The staff is very helpful to foreigners just passing through.

The room was extremely small. The bathroom was basic, the amenities are no different from any hotel. It was close to the shrine and walking distance from the Skytree. The pictures online make the hotel look bigger than it seems. Overall not worth the amount of money I paid.

This was one of our favourite hotels in our trip to Japan. The room was very comfortable and the onsen was lovely. Staff were kind and breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the only benefit I got from this VIP hotel, as a gold-tier member was early check-in, but wasn’t offered a room upgrade or the complementary bottle of sparkling wine listed as a benefit.

It’s a little bit of a walk from Asakusa station but it has a great view of Tokyo tower and allows you to get away from the business of Asakusa. Tub and room was amazing for a Tokyo hotel. They even provided bath salts to use.

My husband and I stayed in the suite at the rop floor with a gorgeous view of rhe Skytree and a wonderful outdoor soaking tub. We walked to Skytree and to Senso-ji Shrine easily. There are lots of shopping and dining options in the area, and the food is fantastic in the hotel restaurant. Every breakfast was delicious! The firat day we had Western style, and then rhe next 3 days we had Japanese. I heard the other rooms are small, but our room was really spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend room 1302!

I thought this hotel was beautiful and clean and quiet which is exactly what I needed in that moment. Unfortunately I did not get to spend enough time in the area as I was just spending one night and then to the airport the next day but if I come back I will stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay that’s close to Sendai temple and kappabashi street. A really nice chance to experience a ryokan style stay in Tokyo. The partially outside bath was outstanding. Our room also had a view of sky tree which was so beautiful at night. Would stay here again for sure!
