Small but cute room with everything that you needed. Quiet and good location if you didnt mind walking

This hotel was a bit strange. It was nice looking and spacious but difficult to live in. We liked that our room had an extra loft and an outdoor balcony and outdoor seating we could use. The desk was also large with plenty of room to sit and eat at. We also had two couches we could use by the foot of the bed too. However, in the bathroom, there was nowhere to hang our towels and lay out our clothes. The position of the hand towel on the sink was awkward and often would slip and fall to the ground. One time I looked at the bidet spray nozzle and it was very dirty. The bed also sagged a lot and didn't have fitted sheets so they would slip off while we slept. The pillows were very firm and large, which made it impossible for me to sleep on so I ended up just not using the pillow at all. Overall the bedding situation was really bad and I did not feel rested the few days we stayed here. There were also a lot of strange noises happening throughout the night. Lastly, if you needed more towels, they have them available for you to take whenever by the elevator but I did not like that the towels were just sitting out on a shelf for anyone to touch or potentially sneeze or cough on. I don't think that setup was very sanitary. It's too bad because the place itself was not bad and the location was great.

The staff are quite helpful but you may need translator to communicate with them. Walking distance to Kuromon market is just 5 mins away. Choose adult as guest even though you have young children with you. You will be ask to pay additional if you book your guest under children.

The hotel receptionists were all very kind and understanding.

If you are a nerd, come to Namba and stay here. I think this is a great value hotel. I had a great time and I’ll be staying here next time I’m in osaka

Morning staff at reception not friendly at all and no English skills. Nearby construction site created a lot of noise since early morning. Room very big for Japanese standards and modern. However cleaning service is not offered daily.

It was clean, spacious place. Everything was well equipped. The receptionist were all kind.

We booked the loft and it was great! Super spacious, the biggest room I’ve ever stayed in Japan.

the parking facility is locate outside the hotel building, and the car can stop beside to ask for the hotel staff for assistance.

I enjoyed my stay. The bed was really comfortable and enjoyed the set up of the room. There was a bit of noise when other guests used the bathroom above. I wore ear plugs and could sleep okay. Not the most central location but was walkable to Namba.

Great location in Namba, was really easy to walk to places like Dotonbori or Kuromon Market! Staff were really friendly, room was clean and comfortable

Absolutely in love with this hotel, and especially our master room! Exactly as described and portrayed in the pictures. Super spacious, clean and cozy. Such a comfortable place and relaxing vibe. Loved the traditional Japanese minimalism and modern fusion of the interiors. Super close to Dotonbori and Namba station. The receptionist was the loveliest ever, as she genuinely cared on helping us reserving a spa day out! Will definitely come back to this hotel and will highly recommend to anyone visiting Osaka.

This place is a good 15-17 minute walk from Namba station so it's good in that it's in a much more quiet neighborhood but just know that you'll be getting your steps in when walking to and from the station and its surrounding busy neighborhoods. I love walking so not a problem for me but if you like being really close to the action, you may want to find something closer to the station. Very cute room and super nice staff.

Late checkin was nice but they were rude about my son and daughter in law coming up for a few minutes even though it had been years since we seen there and travelled over 24 hours to get here. Also super worried about taking extra amenities.

Best business hotel beds for comfort. Better than APA and M's beds and pillows. Location was inconvenient as it is about a 15min walk to any station. Otherwise, really close to den den town.
