Rakuten STAY Fuji Kawaguchiko Station

A fully equipped and very comfortable house with great Mount Fuji view. Easy self-check in/ out process.

The road leading to the accommodation is unfit for MPV and it is very difficult to maneuver. The accommodation is also not the newest with most of the kitchen cutlery looking very worn out. Compared to the other Rakuten Stay that I have used in the same trip, this accommodation is sub par

Took like half an hour for typing for check in, request too much unnecessary information for check-in.

The check-in instruction was received before the stay. There is a jacuzzi in the villas and a balcony that overlook magnificent Mt Fuii!!! Happy with the stay

The house is nice and clean as expected. Communication about the pin code to open the door was not ideal. No email sending out previously to advise about the code. After reaching out directly to the property via email, we received an email only mentioned about the phone numbers as the pin but did not specifically say that the last 4 digits of the phone numbers.

We were lucky enough to be blessed with views of Mt Fuji yesterday. Had we not stayed here and made the day trip we would of missed him in all his glory. Recommend the amazing view in room 103. Heavenly accommodation

The property was exactly what our family was looking for.

Was awesome stay, we were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji from our balcony. The indoor jacuzzi bath was great as your direct view is of Mount Fuji. We was in house 103 which is the front facing block to Mount Fuji, the houses behind have a roof top terrace that over looks our property to see Mount Fuji. We were a 7 minute walk from the Kawaguchiko station and you pass a 7-Eleven and Lawson on route to the property. I would also recommend hiring an electric bike for 2500 yen per day so you can take it around the lake and you can stop off at all the views along the way.

The view of Mt Fugib from our place was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Very new condo with all excellent amenities like big flat screen TV, washing machine, air purifier, humidifier, air conditioners and even massage chair, jacuzzi, barbecue and equipment for pets. Good location and easy check in and out.

It has a huge jacuzzi bathtub that has a great view of mount fuji. we could even see mount fuji from the bathtub even on clear nights. Very cozy with lots of beds and crockery for us to heat up or cook simple meals. Big table for my group of 7 people to have meals together. Very quiet neighbourhood within 10 minutes walk from Fujikawaguchiko station. Only downside is the narrow roads to the property from the main roads. This was especially true for me as I rented a large and wide vehicle and had a hard time navigating though the roads as i was scared of causing scratches to the car. parking was not a problem as we were allocated 2 lots each house. we will love to stay here again!

At night, absolutely no noise, not even traffic noise. The beds were prefect, each room its own temperature control. Bathroom's smell of sandalwood (very nice touch). Spacious main Japanese style shower/bath jacuzzi upstairs with Mt. Fuji in view beyond the fabulous outside upper balcony. Modern interior pleasing and functional. Nice to cook ones own meals on long trips instead of eating out every meal. Two parking spots per unit.
