Great place to stay!!! Tsukiji Fish Market is 1 block away, Ginza Six is a 10 minute walk and many train stations within 2-3 minute walk.

The property is located in a quiet area. There are some convenience stores nearby which makes getting necessities and snacks quick and easy. Tsukiji Fish Market is just around the corner. The rooms are well furnished with living necessities. You could also rent certain items from the front desk in the lobby. The people tending to the front desk are also very welcoming and willing to help. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Great Hotel near Ginza - new build recently. Walking distance to Ginza, next door to Tsukiji Market. Tsukiji Market is a city block with many street food restaurants, vendors selling seafood, coffee and matcha shops. Hotel was probably recently built and looks new. Our room had 2 double beds side by side and large bunk bed which was very comfortable for our friend. The room had fully equipped kitchen with cooking top, fridge and exhaust fan, as well as washing machine. Beds were very comfortable with premium cotton bedding. Room was very clean. Staff was always friendly and attentive and spoke English. On Saturday - hotel did a complementory happy hour with plumb liquor, whiskey and other premium alcohol beverages. Great hotel, great value for money.

Excellent boutique hotel in an amazing location. The property is super close to Ginza and right adjacent to the Tsukiji fish market. We enjoyed walking to the market and explored the local cafes and shops. The hotel does provide an itinerary and has some amazing recommendations in the area. The rooms were immaculate and well appointed with all the necessary amenities one could need. The front desk staff were super helpful. All in all we had a great experience staying at Section L.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The unit was huge compared to the places I have usually stayed at in Tokyo. It was also very clean and had everything you need including a Kitchen and Laundry machine. The laundry machine washes and dries so you do not have to worry about coming back to the machine to dry your clothes!! It is located close to the Tsukiji Market. It is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Tokyo!

We had the room with 2 twins and a bunkbed for our kids. Great location. 10 minute walk to the metro. Steps awaybfrom the Tsukiji market for great eats. Also had happy hour at the location with free drinks saturday evening. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay.

By non-Tokyo standards, a small room for family of 4, but the space was thoughtfully utilized and the room itself very clean and well-appointed with nice features (appliances, furniture). Location was excellent, right off the activity and great food options of the Tsukiji Outer Market and walking distance to Ginza. Service was excellent. There was a mistake with the room which they very graciously apologized for and when we left an item in the room after checkout they very thoroughly followed up on finding options to send us the item.

We booked only a week ahead & we lucked out on a great location. If being near Tsukiji Market is your priority, this place totally works! It took us 3 minutes walking to get to the first Tsukiji stalls. We also visited shrines, parks, and explored a bit of Ginza (the next town over) for a more metropolitan experience. Too bad we didn't see a Kabuki Show! Check in and out was fast and simple, staff were receptive. We liked having a fridge & stove. Well-maintained & modern-esque property. For a couple and a 9-year-old, it was fine. No complaints about noise, even on the first floor. There's a 2-in-1 washer and dryer, but beware: the dryer takes forever ;). Would stay here again.

What a gem!!! First time in Tokyo and stayed at this wonderful property. Such kind staff. Room was immaculate. Do not expect a massive space as this is Tokyo. Safe, clean, high-quality materials. Washer dryer in the unit. Staff was very accommodating with getting to know the high-tech feature of the rooms. Could not hope for a better experience. Would recommend highly and without reservation.
