Shin Yokohama Grace Hotel

Clean and size of the room is good enough for two people (dont expect a spacious one in this pretty convenient and busy location). Amenities are available at front desk. Though parking is quite expensive.

The room was clean and quiet, and had everything I needed. I highly recommend the breakfast for anyone who likes the Japanese style breakfast.

Truly excellent hotel, right next to Shin-Yokohama Station. A tip for getting there: take the Shinkansen exit and walk straight across the plaza to the smaller side street, rather than walking towards the McDonalds. Hotel itself is wonderful and is probably the nicest smelling hotel I've ever stayed in. The Japanese-style room is pretty cool, as is the breakfast in the restaurant "Gin".

清潔でした。リニューアルした後のスーペリアダブルのお部屋に泊まりましたが、2人でも大きさは十分でインテリアも素敵でした。お風呂も綺麗だったのでオススメです。

Hotel immediately opposite rail station. Very small room. Staff very friendly

Stayed for two nights for the RWC, staff were very friendly and breakfast super. Close to train station and stadium, perfectly clean. Small but functional room. Only downfall was we hadn’t realised we had a Smoking Room which being non smokers had a lingering smell which we disliked.

My wife was the one actually staying at the Shin Yokohama Grace Hotel for 5 nights in September 2018 while attending Tamaki Hiroshi's Meet & Greet Event. Here is her review: -> Great customer service. The AC in my room wasn't working correctly & it's blowing on me. When I called the front desk, 1 staff came to check immediately. I got another room within less than 10 minutes after he came to check on the AC himself. -> Most of the front desk staff speak & understand English, which is rare. Even when hubby called, there was no problem transferring his calls to me. -> The Shin Yokohama Grace Hotel is located about 2 mins walk from the Shin Yokahama Station North Gate Exit; it's in between Daily Yamazaki (the best convenient store) & 7-11; it's across the street from Shin Yokohama Prince Hotel where a big supermarket is located in its basement; it's very near a lot of restaurants & stores.

This hotel looks great from the outside but the rooms are very dated and I would t say it was a particularly comfortable stay all things considered

Disappointment on 3 hour lobby wait for room key when already many night stay and no other customers in lobby

We stopped in Shin Yokohama for a night after flying into Narita airport. The Grace hotel is very close to the station, though it may be a bit hard to find the first time (we went out the wrong exit from the station, so we had to find a map). Like another reviewer said, the rooms are a bit dated but it still seemed clean. Front lobby looked nice and the staff were very polite. Even after we checked out, we were able to check our luggage and explore near by areas without baggage, which was very nice.
