Smile HOTEL Hirosaki

On the page it says that there is parking available for ¥500, but when you get to the hotel there aren't any signs telling you were to park. I ended up having to park in a random paid lot a couple blocks away from the hotel. When you take the escalator up to the lobby it appears that the hotel is pretty nice. On check in the gentleman asked if I had a car and to put down my plate to pay. He then showed me a map of where to park, it was already too late for that. Once you take the elevator to the floors with the rooms it looks pretty aged and could use some updates. The room was on the smaller side and was clean. The bed was very firm with a single small and extremely flat pillow. Would I stay here again? Probably not, I don't think I received enough value for the amount that it cost to stay here, as it was pretty expensive.

The hotel is 15 to 20 min away from the JR train station so location wise it is not convenient if you will be using train. Hotel itself is pretty basic - small room but it is ok to crash for a night or two. The carpeting in the rooms needs changing - looks pretty bad. Breakfast is also pretty basic but for an extra $7 its ok. At least one person on the front desk staff can speak English and they are all polite and helpful. wifi signal was strong in my room so no complaints there. Local area is all commercial with many shops and restaurants. Hirosaki castle and park are about 15 min walk and are worth seeing. Overall its an ok place to crash for a night if you are a solo traveller like me but I will not stay there again because of the distance from JR train station.

I have stayed at many hotels in Japan and the Smile hotel in Hirosaki has the most comfortable bed. They have a memory foam mattress topper and a nice pillow.

Excellent location-Hotel is conveniently located half way between the train station and Hirosaki castle. Staff are friendly and breakfast was delicious although western breakfast options were very limited. Room was comfortable and clean

Need taxi or bus from station...10 minutes walk to Castle..convenience store close by, staff very helpful, room small but adequate, has all you need, very clean and comfortable.

チェックインの際に、レディス限定フロアの禁煙に空きがあるとの事で、変更のご提案をいただきました。アメニティの充実、価格変更が必要ない事なども説明してくださいました。 コロナで大変な中、お心遣い、お部屋の清潔感に感謝です。また泊まりたいなって思いました。

This hotel is located about 15 minutes on foot from the JR Station. It's a three-minute walk from another station of another line. It's in a very good location for sightseeing in this town. This hotel is relatively old. It does not have a public bath but they provide a good breakfast. The room is quite small but they offer free wifi.

スタッフ一人一人が丁寧でした。また、街へのアクセスがよく便利でした。朝食も美味しかったです。

静かな環境でゆっくり休めました❗弘前城にも近く観光しやすい場所でした

飯店乾淨、空間大小尚可，距離車站有些距離，但剛好在弘前睡魔祭的路線上。

とっても良いホテルだと感じました！ なんと言っても朝食が美味しかったです。 ベットも寝やすくてゆっくり出来ました! 強いて言えば歯ブラシが硬すぎて歯茎を痛めてしまったのでもう少し柔らかいと良いかなぁ〜と思いました(^^) また利用したいです‼︎

朝食バイキングがとても良かった。メニューが豊富な上に青森ならではの工夫があり、3日間滞在しても飽きることがなかった。特にスタッフがすばらしい。こまめに気を配って、料理も十分補充できていて、配膳台周囲が汁こぼれなど無くとてもきれいで気持ちよく利用できた。 フロントで無料配布している入浴剤も嬉しかった。 場所は駅からは徒歩10分と少し遠いが、観光ポイントに近く、買い物や食事処も充実している。

Sehr gutes Frühstück, Einrichtungen des Hotels sind ok, Verkehrsanbindungen und Lage zum Bahnhof ist gut.

煙店有煙味

風呂の浴槽の汚れが一寸気になりました。そして窓からの景色が一寸残念でしたが昔通学路に近く、遠くに見える五重塔の向こうに建つ母校を思いだし、懐かしさで心は和みました。 有難うございました。
