Close to train. Easy to walk.

This hotel is exactly what you pay for. Small rooms, shared showers, great staff, and located close to Hiroshima station.

It was interesting how it was a digital receptionist. Overall the hotel was great and worked to our needs. It would be a good idea to have a small laundry and possibly a microwave in the room

The staff at the lobby were kind and attentive. The room and facilities were clean. The area is safe and close to restaurants and train stations. Bonus points for allowing me to check in at 10:00 am without additional fees.

the room was spacious but we had not realised that it was a shared bathroom as this was not listed until three or four lines down under Bathroom as a room amenity.

I had a great stay. It is very well located close to Hiroshima station and some nice walking paths

Everything about the location is worth the price. It's a few minutes away from Hiroshima station, they have luggage storage even after checking out, and it's super cheap for the overall stay. The only small negative is that you can sometimes hear the loud noises from outside in the street.

No problem but front desk closed at 6.m.. It’s ok.

We found out that the room which we booked did not have an en-suite, and we were required to travel to the bottom floor, through the common area, to use a communal shower. This was not clear from the advertising, and we felt that it should have been made clearer. When we explained that we thought we had booked a room with an en-suite, the staff were defensive and showed little compassion after a long day of travel. The cost of upgrading to a room with an en-suite was almost the same cost as the room we had booked, which was not cheap to begin with. The carpet smelled of feet also. Otherwise the room was satisfactory and conveniently located close to the main train station and a short tram/bus ride from thw peace memorial park.

The site does not make it clear that there are NO IN ROOM BATHROOMS. There is a communal sink and toilet. There is a shower on the 1st floor. No business calling themselves a spa. Otherwise nice and clean with a kind staff

Definitely not five star, broken toilet seat small bathroom, but all in all good value for money and great location

Sumiya was lovely. The staff were wonderful and very helpful, the rooms were clean, tidy, and nice to stay in.

Very nice hotel, great staff and good location near Hiroshima Station. It was very quiet and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
