Really great hotel, close to everything, great staff, good atmosphere, overall very solid

Very clean and rather well appointed. I would stay at The Knot again. We did find it a little inconvenient that reception is on the 14th floor.

Always 5 stars staying here. It’s always my go to. If this hotel isn’t available sometimes I change my days around just to stay here. Thank you all again.

The Knot was one of our favourite hotels on the trip. The rooftop bar area and the free drink was such a nice touch! We had a really comfortable stay and the location was just perfect for walking around and exploring. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The property is in a fantastic location to the Peace Museum. The restaurant downstairs offers a standard range of food. The rooftop bar and reception upstairs is served by young people that have no desire to be there. It was very clicky and was not made to feel welcome at all

Love this hotel! Literally across the river from Hiroshima Peace Park and Memorial, we could see it from our room! Check in was interesting because you have to go to the very top floor which is the rooftop bar, but they give you tokens to use for drinks and snacks!

The Knot is in a very good location for the Peace Park & Dome. Thankfully reception staff assisted us with a luggage delivery issue. However, be aware that the rooms are not cleaned daily (unless you pay an additional ¥3300 per day), if you want coffee or a razor you need to go to the amenities shelf yourself on level 1 or 14, and the floors are not welcoming with progressive cleaning continually underway - all this and it is no cheaper than the Hilton or Sheraton.

Lovely rooms with spacious bathroom and separate toilet. Comfortable beds and pillows. Restaurant was quality dining.

The hotel is near the Peace Memorial Park which is in 5-min walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly at check-in and gave us some coins to redeem food and drinks at their bar. The snack was delicious and you might want to spend some more time and more money there. The view of the room was wonderful.

The hotel itself is overpriced for what you get. The price imo is just for location and bigger sized rooms. The biggest -ve for me is not having rooms cleaned. They only change towels and empty bins daily. If you want any more, you have to pay extra. You can get as many basic amenities for free, but like other reviews, I would rather have rooms cleaned than unlimited toothbrushes. My first day tho, both towels had hair still on it... Not a great first impression. You get tokens at the start that can be traded for snacks and drinks at the bar area, which is also reception - it would be nice if you like drinking and rowdy bar scene, but if you like a quieter atmosphere, you should go earlier as it can get quite noisy later at night. Location is very good. Right next to Hiroshima Peace Museum, and close to tram stop so you can get everywhere quite easily. There's convenience stores and Starbucks close by, plus a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again for the location, but tbh for the price and what you get, I would look at other hotels first.

Tram station is right outside the hotel, next to historical sites, the restaurant on the first floor has really good food, and the hotel staff were ok.

Doesn’t have all your amenities (gym, etc) and you have to pick up your own thing like coffee and stuff from the first or top floors, and the decor and feel is contemporary. BUT, great place to stay. Super clean. Large-ish rooms. Breakfast buffet is western and most excellently done. Hassei, the okonomiyaki dive, the one you want to go to, is a few Japanese blocks away. It’s a cab ride from the train station, a hop and a skip away from the Peace Memorial (where you must spend a half day of your visit there…). English works well. Staff are super kind. Worth giving it a try.

The Knot Hiroshima exceeded expectations! Loved having a western style hotel experience after staying in several business hotels in larger cities. The rooftop bar was the cherry on top! Would 10/10 recommend. Great location, staff, and experience!

The staff were not as friendly as other hotels in Japan that I stayed at. The hotel has more hipster vibe. I had better experience at other hotel chains like Tokyu stay, APA, and Dormy Inn.
