The staff is amazing! I was 1st here in 2017. Things have changed but the staff is extremely nice and friendly. Especially Shiina at the front desk. She deserves a raise. This trip I stayed for 2 months. The shuttle situation sucks but everything else is great. I’ll surely be back at the 834 next yr and every yr after. AloHa

The sleep pods were perfect. Very up to date, lock box and different lighting with mirrors and everything! Very clean, very comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious. Honestly wish I would've booked all 3 nights here instead of just the one last minute

Facilities are clean and staff very helpful. Onsite restaurant is ok and serve breakfast (included) /lunch/dinner, has basic bar. Storage locker and garage under bunk are very spacious.

The place always looks brand new, so clean and efficient. The layout has everything you need as close as you can get to the moiwa quad lift. I have stayed there many times. This time they did not have a shuttle service that was a disappointment but the taxis were available
Two great onsens ten minutes walk. Love those!!

Stay here . I visited in peak summer season.
A walk to two onsen hotels for a luxury onsen experience and even a hot good meal without the high price of staying at them. It’s a lovely walk even at night . No bears , just foxes . Not bats either ….,,just too cold for those critters at 800m altitude and the long winter .

First time in a capsule lodge. We got the cabin type. Though small, it's very comfortable. Best part is its just in front of ski resort! Though it could be better if they have more shittle schedules going to hirafu.

the room was cozy for sleeping. safe box, lightning control, plugs in each rooms and large storage under the bed with locks. and locker room for your ski/snowboards. shower room, toilets are shared and clean. fresh towls are available every night. staffs are very friendly and good breakfast was included. izakaya is located in near by, or bar lounge in this hostel. 10min walk to onsen. pretty good for single, couple travelers. but there is no convenience shop.
