close to Sakae ststion，very convinent. Hotel at 24th Level in the shopping mall with plenty of food options and lawson and pharmacy on B1 floor

Entire service was good!

Conveniently located direct access to the mall(Mitsukoshi and etc) without walking out to the street in cold weather. Lots of food choices and shopping around. Hotel was very very quiet and beautiful. Staffs were amazing! We especially received many help from the hotel front staff name TAKABE. So polite, helpful, always smiling and her English was great! Thank you for the memorable trip in Nagoya! Will visit again.

This hotel was unique in its design, setting it apart from other hotels I've stayed at. The room was cleverly designed for maximum use of space while upholding the classiness expected from The Royal Park Hotels.

The lobby is located on 24th floor. You need to transfer at 24th floor to your room. Good thing is the location. You even don’t need to take any transportation and have everything around.

The property is across from the park which has ample dining options. The hotel is right above the subway and is very convenient to shopping. Helpful staff and nicely appointed room. Would stay here again.

This hotel is gorgeous. The views are amazing. The hotel bar is elegant. It's conveniently right off a subway line so easy to get to from Nagoya Station. The mall below it has great food and shopping.

Excellent view and ambience, but the fridge is very small in room

Beautiful modern Asian locally inspired in a central location. Just opened in Feb 2024. Highly recommend the restaurants as well.

It was a nice place to run away from all the noise and lights. As soon as you walk into the hotel you can already start feeling calm and relaxed.

Absolutely lovely stay, I had a chance to stay at the top floor, the view was stunning, staff were extremely helpful, and breakfast was lovely, it was one of my best stay ever. The top floor is absolutely Luxury I felt like a queen. Thank you so very much!

We had great time at the hotel. However two points it’s bit strange for us. One is car park and the other is breakfast. At the car park usually out /in no restriction during staying. This hotel cannot. At the breakfast, many staffs standing there but nobody ask customer satisfaction. I felt some gap between global common sense. But I saw some foreigner staff at the reception. I believe these staffs know about global standards, so please think about utilize their knowledge and experience. Other than that, great experience for my family. Thank you so much.

Location

Beautiful and impactful entrance then up to main reception, the design of which felt refined and well considered. A lovely combination of traditional Japanese details with a sleek a modern twist. The rooms were great, on a high floor with stunning views across Nagoya and the mountains in the distance. Lots to do around the area and easy access to many places. We loved our stay and would stay again. Wasn’t super keen on the bar which felt a bit stifled and but everywhere else was lovely. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as there are so many places in the surrounding area but I would imagine it was good as the hotel seems to have a high standard. We will most definitely stay again when we return to Nagoya.

Parking On-site parking available at B3/F, ¥1800/24hours(one time entry only), or ¥300/30mins. Other cheaper parking lots also available within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Eating and shopping A lot of restaurant and shops on 2-4/F View A very nice city view since it's the only skyscraper in the vicinity.
