It's a simple hotel with everything right. The staff was superb, kind and professional. The hotel is just opposite to the Kitetsu Nara station, extremely convenient if you come from Osaka.

Everything was very nice however bed are very firm so if firm as in hard is what you like then you’ll be all set.

Great location for exploring Nara both walking or to get to transportation. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The ladies in the kitchen cooked delicious breakfast and always greeted is with a big smile. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Nara.

Handicap room available.also public toilet in lobby is handicap accessible. bus and train station is there. walk uphill to deer park area very easy. fall is noted to be cooler and may be more busy. summer 2024 lots of rooms

Good location for everything

We book a non smoker room. And they give us a ash tray to sleep in. Thanks the fragrance and ac max help

Nice place to stay.

Very convenient location just at Nara Park and the Kintetsu station. The room was convenient but not big. The breakfast was Spartan due to Covid. Although there is no parking facility at the hotel, there is a big parking lot right next to it, which is convenient for travellers with car.

Located reasonably close to the deer park in Nara, the rooms are quite small but it was conveniently located and I have no complaints with the cleanliness, the staff's friendliness, and the hotel services.

Booking says check-in at 3 pm but at the facility they said check in is at 4 pm .. this was really inconvenient.

Close and convenient to station, deer park, shopping area, etc.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Check in was a big problem as I was low on sleep and had to wait for 4 hours before I could get my room. I felt they could have helped me out despite the strict check-in time. The single rooms are quite small and luckily I'm a small person myself but I can easily see that it would br a problem for someone larger than I. That said, all amenities were provided and the room was clean. Morning breakfasts are not amazing but they are hearty with usually two rice varieties and soup and some salads. Vegetarians might have to contend with the plain rice and bread. There's a bakery next door where you can get more choice. The hotel is right opposite Kintetsu Nara station, so it is super convenient for travelling. Also within walking distance to several sites and temples.

Check out time is 10am, earlier than other hotels/inns. I stayed an extra hour and got charged 1280yen. However it's super close to the kintetsu nara station which is a plus

nice good size room, good there is a division wall to separate the 2 beds space with it's own TV, desk, hair dryer, fridge..etc. I like it! The breakfast tastes good and enjoyable. FREE Drinkable hot / cool water at reception floor!!
