Toyoko Inn Nagoya Nishiki

Nice hotel. Staff were friendly

We had an amazing stay at Toyoko inn nishiki branch. The concierge was very helpful. On our first day, on our way to the hotel from the airport, my son lost his cellphone and we reported it to the train station in kanagawa but it wasn't found at that time. We were given a number to call in the future to check if the phone was found. When we reached the hotel, the check in process was smooth and I asked help from the concierge and gave the number to help us check if the phone was found. Voila, it was found at the last train station in gifu. We were assisted and given a note so we can show it at the train station in gifu. We got the phone on the 2nd day in gifu station and since there was a note from the hotel the claiming process was a breeze and I was only asked to show my passport as proof. Good job to toyoko inn for the assistance. We really appreciate it and enjoyed our stay. Plus the free breakfast and the night apparel provided!

Great room, clean and tidy. Good options to eat around and breakfast was nice.

Everything is fine except the walk to nearest subway stations is at least 10 minutes. Lots of eateries around though

城下町を歩きながら史跡巡りするのにちょうどよかったです。歩数もかなり稼げました！

大人3人でも十分でした(^^)

水回りの状態は不満でした。 シャワーカーテンが臭う。 シャワーの水圧が弱い。 あとはホテル周りの環境は子連れには悪過ぎる。 安価で利用出来る分、仕方ないのかもしれないがリピートは無いと思う。 フロントスタッフは1人の為、受付に時間がかかり待たされたが接客態度は悪くなかった。

とくに不便な点は無かったです。朝のブッフェも楽しめました。

思ったよりも清潔で部屋も狭すぎる事はなかったです。 朝食も美味しかったのでまた機会があれば利用させていただきたいと思います。

位置方便，但早餐就一般

나고야 여행으로 6일 숙박했습니다. 전체적으로 편안했고 조식도 좋았습니다. 다만 유흥가 쪽에 위치해서 주말 새벽에 술에취해 소리 지르는 사람들 때문에 깜짝놀라 깨곤 했습니다.

チェックインは15時にして頂きたいと思います。数か月前から予約し先払いまでしていただけに、とても残念に感じました。

フロントの笑顔がなく残念でした。

忘れ物のお電話までご丁寧にくださった。また利用させていただきたいと思います。

設備や朝食、スタッフさんの対応は本当に申し分無かったのですが、繁華街の中と言うこともあり少し治安が悪かったように思います。
