This is a business hotel so don’t expect personalised service, but it’s absolutely spotless, comes with several amenities and ensures a comfortable sleep. If you want somewhere nice to stay that’s great value then you can’t go wrong with the Toyoko Inn Bentencho. (Also, despite being next to a highway, I couldn’t hear any traffic noise even though I’m a sensitive sleeper - so bonus points there!)

とても満足です。部屋が綺麗で室内灯の明るさも調整出来るのが良かったです。朝食もおにぎりのみですが種類も豊富で満足です。駅からは少し歩きますが利用価値は高いです。

朝食がとても充実していました。
おにぎりも何種類もあり、ポタージュスープ・味噌汁があり、肉汁スープがおいしかったです。
珈琲は部屋に持ち帰り、ゆっくり過ごせました。

京セラドームのイベントの為宿泊しました。
部屋は9階だったので景色も綺麗でした。
朝食の品数がもう少しあればと思いました。

ホテルなので仕方ないと思いますがシーツは冷たい、布団は薄い、パジャマも薄い生地のガウンタイプ。エアコンは付けても寒くて眠れませんでした。女性の寒がりの方はご自身のパジャマを持参する事をお勧めします。
電気あんか、電気毛布を持参すればと反省。他の設備は綺麗でフロント方ととても感じ良かったです。

清潔感があってベットも寝心地よく、お湯をためてお風呂にも入れたので、疲れも取れ、気持ちよく過ごせました。朝食のおにぎりがとっても美味しかったしとても良い！チェックインアウトも機械でスピーディー。係の人もすぐ出て来てくれるので安心です。全体的に環境や働き方を配慮していることを感じます。
一つだけ、駅から遠くてそこだけ星一つ減らしました。

喫煙者なので喫煙可を選択しました。部屋に灰皿がありましたが、喫煙所特有のタバコ臭さもなく過ごしやすく助かりました。
案内された部屋もエレベーターを出てすぐの部屋で方向音痴でも迷わずすぐ入れました。
朝ご飯もたくさん頂きました！7：30ごろ行きましたがおにぎりもまだ暖かく、部屋に持ち込みとても美味しくいただきました！お盆も部屋に置いておいて良いと言われ、助かりました。ありがとうございました！
