Room was comfortable and spacious; nothing too overdone or complex. Well located in the lovely little town of Otta. Dinner buffet was just what we wanted, and the breakfast was great, too. A perfect one-night stay for two tired travelers.

At check in the person in the reception wasn’t nice and not much welcomed us. Maybe because a large group just came in But all the other employees in the evening and morning and dinner were professional and polite and welcoming

This was a very nice place to stay. We had a little problem finding it because it says Otta Hotel on it, not Thon or anything. The breakfast was very nice. There are no restaurants in this town so dinner is at the hotel. Overall a very nice property

The bed was very uncomfortable. I haven’t slept that poorly in a long time. And the sheets and pillow cases don’t have very soft fabric on at all. The room is small but fine for just a pit stop. The room was oddly very noisy from early in the morning, both from the street outside and from the cleaning staff. The floor also seemed to have a layer of grime to it, though the room itself seemed fairly clean. It was very pricy given the small and noisy room.

Check-in was pleasant and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was decent and the towels were thick and fluffy. Dispenser hand soap and all-in-one in the shower which I believe is standards in Scandinavian countries. There were hardly any outlets in the room, none by either of the nightstands. The room was neat and appeared clean with the exception of rose petals under one of the beds leading me to believe the room had not been thoroughly vacuumed. I had a 5:49 train to catch so I was unable to have any breakfast. At least there was a coffee machine in the lobby so I was able to grab some on my way out. It was good coffee!
