1. The housekeepers who visited our room ddin't show any hospitality at all. 2. Bad services during the check out process, We've waited for the trolley more than 45 minutes, but the trolley *never came*, so we had to take all of the luggages by our self to the lobby floor (7 luggages + 6 boxes of zamzam water) plus 1 elderly in wheelchair.

We stayed in Club Premiere Suite and had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious with 2 bedrooms and a living room. The room was clean and gave a sophisticated look. We also got complementary fruits and evening refreshments for the club room. My only complaint is regarding the bathrooms. We got two bathrooms equipped with bathtubs, but the heater in one of the bedrooms was not working so it was very inconvenient. Besides, the water in both bathrooms pooled on the floor due to bad water flow. The pool was clean and big. The food was average and I hope they stop the healthy vegetarian breakfast in the future to provide wider range of foods for all. I would recommend this hotel to families who want to stay near Bukit Bintang with a comfortable stay. Reading the reviews would help to know what to expect in booking this hotel.

Not my first time staying here and definitely not the last. Everything was nice. We even got free mini bar from the hotel.
