The bathroom doesn’t have a shower screen…so every time I take a shower or just do ablution…water gets everywhere…the toilet gets wet. The bathroom lights are also very dim. During my 4 night stay, the room was never cleaned, only the bed was tidied up.

The hotel is near Komtar and the Hindu Bus Depot. I booked a deluxe room, which was spacious. The bed was large, soft, and comfortable, with four pillows provided for each bed. The hotel offers 24-hour complimentary coffee and a variety of breakfast options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Check in and check out are fast, no queues. The hotel is quiet and good for resting. The AC is very cold, so every time I want to sleep, I turn it off. In front of the hotel there is a food court that is open from the afternoon until midnight.
