If you're looking for a nice neighborhood and vicinity to places such as mall, food stalls, public parks, this is the best hotel. It's a bit far from Kuala Lumpur city center, but I took grab from the Hotel to Cyberjaya/Putrajaya Train station (10 minutes drive) then head to Kuala Lumpur by KLIA express train, 17 minutes to KLCC. You can find everything you need in the DPulze Mall. Had a working microwave, fridge, stove, kettle, which was perfect! They provide us with amenities and utensils as well. Will stay here again in the future.

The hotel's location is strategic and easy to access. While, the room is comfortable and in good care

Check in time is with in 8am - 8pm only during MCO. after that time you need to call person in charge.

Guard clamp my car. I arrive hotel at night. Only in the morning they place the cone. How I must know that parking is reserved for the car. The worst experience for my honeymoon

Best and comfortable. Best experience stay at apartment because of ramadhan need to prepare sahur. Great idea but we had some issues and customer service was great. Thank you will repeat again after raya.

All is well, just for the check in process, would wanna suggest to update customers maybe a day before on how to check in etc so that customers won't confuse or can provide how to check in process:) else is good!
