My husband and I love this hotel so much. Everything is good. We travel with our baby. Very comfortable. Very smooth. The room is good too. We will stay in this hotel in future if we go to KB again. Really satisfied with this hotel.

The representatives of the hotel are very hospitable. Breakfast is decent. Located at a very strategic place. We enjoyed staying here. Will definitely come again.

We had some issues and misunderstanding with the hotel, we were given a single and a queen bedroom instead of 2 queen bedroom. The hotel said, it always happened and the customer didn't understand the hotel policy. It was a confusing experience and tired night, but later solved by agent and was given 2 queen bedroom as per booked in apps.
