The staff are very helpful. Our separate 2 rooms have been upgrade to suite room without any charge. It 's wonderful and we want back again next month.

Great location, but unfortunately we have to go up and down in cargo elevator, hot and stinky. Same elevator was used for garbage and cleaning staff.

Location was very strategic. Near shopping mall and MRT station. But for the accommodation its self, not really convenience cause have to go through a afew floor first. For the rooms it self, the AC position was terrible cause it shot directly to the bed. For the bathroom it self, it shares to other room which is not convenience at all.

Should be they open reception 24hrs like a hotel usually. I have to check out earlier and they open at 08.00 am, so my deposit can't be refund. Thank god my nephew still in there for one day and I must ask him for help refund my deposit. Although I don't understand why my bedroom slippers has gone, even I was still staying for 2 days more. This is so ridiculous for me.

The receptionist is not friendly and the service is lacking service. The room given had problems with power line and the AC didn't work properly (very Hot). The room is not clean and given torn towel.

Strategic place. In the middle of bukit bintang and pavilion. It’s not new so needs improvement but overall ok. Will stay there again next time if the price okay

The receptionist service is not friendly and is very stiff and not friendly and rigid. Hotel security is also not friendly (foreign workers) who understand English and Bahasa. The location of the hotel is good and strategic for stay cation and where near to shopping complex.

(+) stayed for 1 night only however it's clean & spacious room, located in the city center, near LRT service & malls, just fit for those who would like to travel around the city. (-) entry to the hotel slightly hidden, limited hotel lift services, reception room in the 5th fl.
