the staff is very friendly, we checked in at 7 pm because we just arrived from SG... there were no problems at all. complete amenities, there is hot water, netflix, sleeping is also very comfortable.. if you go to JB again... you must stay here again. there is a mini market 20 meters from the hotel, next door there is also a food stall, the workers are Indonesian people so the food tastes Indonesian... really like staying here🥰🫶

The price and room space is acceptable, however, parking is a hassle. No parking space by the hotel, first come first serve basis and have to park at a paid space at a corner quite a distance from the hotel with RM18 per day rate when no available parking nearby. Hassle for those with a car.

- Only 20 minutes from city square JB but not walkable - The hotel has many branches, please check carefully when booking, and this branch is difficult to travel from tourist attractions and night markets - When booking, request a non-smoking room but the smell of cigarettes is very strong - Comfortable bed, cold air conditioner, bathroom is a bit old but overall clean - Good service staff, very helpful

Second stay in this hotel. We chose it because of a good first experience a few months ago. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. As this is a newer hotel, the facilities are modern. For example, there were direct USB charging ports for mobile devices. One drawback is the lack of closet space to hang clothes or put away things. So we had to live out of our luggage bags, but this is a minor issue. The bathroom is also on the small side, with the shower area separated from the toilet bowl only by a shower curtain. The toilet area will get somewhat wet when someone uses the shower. But again, this is not a big problem and the floor dries quite quickly. Overall, this hotel is good value, and is in a decently central location.

the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. there is a deposit of 100rm. the location is quite strategic. behind the hotel there is R&F Mall. breakfast is quite good. around the hotel there is a kind of nasi kandar stall and a minimarket.

easy access to cross to Singapore via JB Sentral, because the distance from the hotel to JB Sentral is only 750 meters, access to malls and others is very close

spacious and clean room. unfortunately the bathroom is too small. for bathing, the distance is only 50cm from the toilet. so when bathing, the toilet is all wet. The AC is located right in front of the bed, so the wind goes straight to the body.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but I was disappointed with the lack of amenities. There was no fridge, the water heater wasn't working and the proper wardrobe to hang clothes. Which is something I would expect in Hotel.
