Worst hotel. They convert apartment into hotel and charge us 5 star hotel price. View apartment construction in progress. This is last time I stay in Grand Ion Delemen Hotel. Not worth it for what I paid for. My room at tower 4, and car park at tower 7 - worst experience from car park to my room (Not 5 star hotel experience)

Very poor hygiene. So many dust and bugs. Floors are dirty. Very noisy till 02.00 am. People playing balls and so many creeky sounds till late night. The service is bad. You need to book the bus to entertainment centre and it is always full. You need to share taxi for easy mobilisation. The people not helpful to look for transportation sometimes no one at the desk to help.

The hotel is nice and clean. Thank you for your hospitality kepada Bapak Alvarez bagian Bell man yang sudah bantu kami carry our luggages and book Grab taxi. Your help is more than appreciated.

Hotel still far from sky avenue complex. And not easy to get taxi online there. Shuttle bus to sky avenue need to pay 7RM one way per pax. Hotel room don't give you tooth brush.

The hotel is in a very good location, room is clean, bathroom is good (but hot water can't use every time, have limited time back to cold water). The bad facility is transportation from the hotel to First World Plaza/Genting Mall, the numbers of people very a lot at busy time (morning and night), but the transportation not increasing by hotel. The armada/car transportation from Hotel to First World Plaza (Round Trip) must be increasing at Holiday Seasonal/Holiday Season. The man which in charge and manage schedule transportation at Lobby Hotel not cooperated, and collaboration with outside people to charge over the price use another transportation from External Hotel. Maybe they get the Commission from Outside People for arrange use to External Transportation (not official Hotel).
