I’d totally recommend this hotel. The breakfast was awesome, something for everyone. Location was great. Pool area massive. Their private beach was beautiful, there were some horses that available to rent.

We stayed in the Deluxe Lagoon Room.. We Love it!!! Underwater music in pool was so awesome!! We had so much fun here..!!Especially my 6 year old son.. One of the best hotel we've been to.. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful.. Most recommended Hotel.. Will come again to this hotel.. ❤

Effective from 1st June 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-out and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.
With effect from 01 September 2017, with reference to the Law of Malaysia Act 791, Tourism Act 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Resident of Malaysia, are committed to a Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room night of stay as determined and imposed by the Malaysian Government, which is not included in the reservation and will be collected by the hotel upon check in. The swimming pool is very nice, the atmosphere of the hotel doesn't suit me because it seems dark. Apart from that it is very good. To eat around the hotel, there is no Chinese food, so it's a little difficult for my children.

At check-in the receptionist was unprofessional. Check-in is already 15.00 also can't enter the room. The reason is not ready to be cleared. So the time to stay is short. The room number was also not told by the receptionist. And when I went to the pool I brought a drink, was reprimanded with harsh words by the pool guard. It is very inappropriate for a 5-star hotel employee to speak harshly with hotel guests.

Great hotel with awesome pool, front office guest service not very good, check-in hotel after 3pm, has pay for additional 1 more person with extra bed, but been waited for few hour for the bed and amenities. Keep calling front desk for the extra bed, but only come in evening time. 2nd night upgrades my room to suite, extra bed was place in room but without 3rd person amenities. Had call to reception for the 3rd person amenities, but need to wait for hour as well. When calling to reception, the lady was a bit rude. After waiting for hours, only face towel but not bath towel had been send to us.
